Returns

Our Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved by Julia Elizabeth.

Before shipping back your return, please send us an email at shopjuliaelizabeth@gmail.com and let us know which item you'd like to return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured to ensure a safe arrival back to our store.

For an accepted return, we will gladly issue a store credit within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days, we are unable to accept a return request.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags and with a copy of your packing slip included. For items that don't meet these conditions, Julia Elizabeth reserves the right to refuse a return.

Exchanges

In order to complete an exchange begin the return process and once returned and approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded with store credit.

Sale

All items (clothing, shoes, accessories, etc.) on sale are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns on sale items.

Accessories

All accessories including jewelry, hats, and bags, are final sale.
